How do I receive my files after purchase?
After purchase you'll receive a PDF with a Google Drive link. Request access and we'll approve it promptly!

What platforms do your overlays support?
Our overlays work with Twitch, YouTube, Kick and Facebook Gaming — fully compatible with OBS Studio and Streamlabs.

What software do I need to use the overlays?
You'll need OBS Studio or Streamlabs OBS — both are completely free to download and use.

Are your overlays animated?
Yes! Our overlays are fully animated and include Starting Soon screens, BRB screens, alerts and panels.

What's included in a Stream Overlay Pack?
Each pack typically includes animated overlay screens, Starting Soon, BRB, End screens, alerts and panels. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.

How long until I get access to my files?
We approve Google Drive access requests promptly. Most customers get access within a few hours!

Can I request changes to a purchased overlay?
Purchased overlays are final sale but we offer custom modifications at an additional cost. Contact us via chat or at info@streamoverlays.tv

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. However if you experience any issues contact us at info@streamoverlays.tv and we'll make it right!
